Our light package provides a walk-through of your living space with a professional designer. You’ll receive advice outlining room-by-room suggestions for furniture placement, design, and decor enhancements.
Includes:
- In-person or virtual 120-minute consultation
- Customized advice with suggested pieces and techniques
- Provides example spaces for inspiration to match your home & style
- Upgrade to other packages – pay only the difference
“Full” – $95/hour
Perfect for: A complete rethink of your living space, with enough flexibility for almost any home or design sensibility
This package includes a walk-through of your living space and professional design & decor for as many rooms as you need. All work is done at our standard hourly rate. A full home could take between 20 and 50 hours, depending on the size, number of rooms, and specific needs of the client.

- Floor layouts
- Research and selection of furniture and decor, sourcing, vendor communication, order management and quality control
- Midway consultation

“Medium” – $750
Perfect for: Homes that are occupied or partially furnished
This package enhances your existing furniture with stylish accessories and targeted staging in key rooms like the living room, kitchen, and primary bedroom.
Includes:
- Reconfiguration of your existing decor and furniture
- Addition of art, rugs, pillows, lighting, and greenery (extra fees can apply)
- Staging for up to 5 rooms (e.g. kitchen, dining, living, and 2 bedrooms) + entryway
- Upgrade to other packages – pay only the difference
“Full” (Custom) – $95/hour
Perfect for: Vacant homes that need a complete transformation, or clients who have a specific vision and need the utmost flexibility to achieve it
Our full/custom package brings in all the furniture and decor needed to stage your home from top to bottom, turning empty spaces into inviting, functional rooms buyers can imagine living in. In this package, we do it all!
Includes:
- Full furnishing and decoration of main living areas
- Professional delivery, setup, and removal
- Optional add-ons for offices, patios, and more
Rental Fee: 10% of the retail price of any items rented
